PDF Download Fails

If your PDF download fails, try: refreshing the page, reducing the page count, or checking your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact support.

AI Generation Takes Too Long

Standard quality generation typically completes within 30 seconds. High quality may take 1-2 minutes. If generation exceeds 5 minutes, try switching to Standard quality.

Login Issues

If you can't log in, try resetting your password or using Google Sign-In. Clear your browser cache and cookies if the login page doesn't load properly.

Book Doesn't Look Right in KDP Preview

Ensure you selected the correct trim size when creating the book. The PDF should match the KDP listing size exactly. Use KDP's online previewer to check margins and bleed.

Account Upgrade Not Reflecting

After upgrading via Stripe, your account should upgrade immediately. If it doesn't, try logging out and back in. Contact support if the issue persists after 15 minutes.
