Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a password (stored as a salted hash). If you sign in via Google, we receive your name and email from Google's authentication service. We also collect information about the books you create, including book type, title, and configuration settings.

How We Use It

We use your information to provide and improve the LowContentLab service, including: authenticating your account, tracking your subscription usage, generating and storing your books, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Neon (PostgreSQL) servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Book content (page layouts, generated text, and images) is stored as structured data in our database and is not shared with third parties.

Third-Party Services

LowContentLab uses the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — Payment processing. We do not store credit card details; they are handled entirely by Stripe.
  • Neon (PostgreSQL) — Database hosting for user accounts and book data.
  • Google Authentication — Optional sign-in via Google accounts.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
